Welcome to SAFE KIDS Suffolk County. Our coalition involves partnerships with both public and private organizations whose sole purpose is to prevent death and injuries to children. Unintentional injuries are the number one killer of children with motor vehicle crashes taking center stage. Local statistics direct our efforts towards occupant protection programs, traumatic brain injury prevention strategies and water safety initiatives. The coalition is successful because of the many dedicated volunteers and professionals with a passion to protect children and assure they have the safest environment to grow and strive in.
Sincerely,
Susan Katz Coordinator
